Booking and Cancellation policy:

To retain my services, I request a deposit of 1/2 the total amount due at time of booking. Deposit will be deducted from your final total.

While I understand life happens and you may need to cancel, please understand this is my full time business. My cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Standard cancellations (more than 90 days in advance): No charge. Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation notice.

  • Short-notice cancellations (less than 90 days in advance): 50% of scheduled service fee. Deposit will not be refunded.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours): 100% of scheduled service fee. Deposit will be retained and remaining balance will be due within 72 hours of cancellation notice.

  • Early returns or unused visits are non-refundable.
